Campus Clean up at MCCS

MCCS is a small non-profit private school in Southwest Baltimore. The students and staff are responsible for the day to day cleaning and upkeep of the facility. In an effort to help lighten the load Mosaic now leads up a quarterly cleaning & maintenance day. We will wipe down walls, desks, sweep, mop, and perform various minor maintenance and upkeep tasks. Outside, we will weed the courtyard, pick up trash, and ensure that the outside of the building is safe and clean for students.

Thanksgiving lunch at MCCS

To make connections with families, the school will hold a Thanksgiving meal for students and their families before Thanksgiving Break. Volunteers will sign up to bring food, set up food, serve students and families, and clean up the meal. 

Mt. Clare Christian School (MCCS) is a ministry of Wilkens Avenue Mennonite Church, located in Southwest Baltimore.  In a neighborhood which has been stripped of many positive resources and is often known instead for its negatives, the school works to shine the Light of Jesus Christ to help students to achieve to their maximum potential academically and become leaders who will play an active role in restoring their community.

4th Annual TCH Turkey Bowl

The Children’s home in Catonsville is a residential care facility for abused, abandoned, neglected and rescued teens, located in downtown catonsville.

Start your Thanksgiving off serving with us.

We will be out on campus at The Children’s Home in catonsville hanging out and playing flag-football with the residents who live there,

This is a fun family friendly event all ages welcome to attend. You don’t have to participate in the game to show up and serve with us.

Back to School Night | MCCS

Mount Clare Christian School is a small non-profit school in Southwest Baltimore, working towards lower the etremly high dropout rate of the students in there community.

Back to School Night is a time for teachers to meet partners and help the better engage with their children’s education. To help make connections with families and increase parental attendance, the school would like to provide dinner for families before Back to School Night presentations.

Volunteers will sign up to provide sides or dessert for a Taco dinner, set up food, serve students and families, and clean up the meal.
