Mosaic Internships

Our 2026 Summer Internship program is full. Please check back in the fall to apply for Summer 2027!

Working at Mosaic is more than a job: it's a calling. That's why we're passionate about what we do and bringing others on board so that we can reach more people for Jesus. We've dedicated our careers to this mission and consider it a privilege to lead and serve the Church.

The Mosaic Internship is designed for college-aged students (ages 18–23) who want to grow into future staff roles at Mosaic.

Through spiritual, personal, and professional development, our goal is to empower and unleash the next generation of ministry leaders. You don’t need prior ministry experience—just a heart for Jesus and a desire to make ministry your full-time calling. Interns will work alongside our top leaders, gaining hands-on experience on teams that value ownership, growth, and real responsibility.

If you are a hardworking, driven, and humble leader who is passionate about Jesus and our church's vision, keep reading to learn more about interning at Mosaic.
