Working at Mosaic is more than a job: it's a calling. That's why we're passionate about what we do and bringing others on board so that we can reach more people for Jesus. We've dedicated our careers to this mission and consider it a privilege to lead and serve the Church.

Designed for college students or young leaders of “college age” (18-23), The Mosaic Internship program exists to develop young adults into staff roles here at Mosaic.

By growing interns spiritually, personally, and professionally, our goal is to empower and unleash future leaders for ministry. We are currently seeking young adults who are passionate about making ministry a full-time calling but may not have ministry experience. Interns will have the chance to work closely with the best leaders in our church and serve on a team that encourages personal ownership and professional growth.

About the Internship

Internships are full-time (45 hours/week) and last 10-12 weeks (ending in early to mid-August)
Interns will develop spiritually, personally, and professionally through first-hand ministry experience, leadership opportunities, book/theology discussions, staff training events, and more.

Ministry Area Opportunities

Creative Arts & Digital Media – Use your creative gifts and talents in areas such as tech production, AVL, service production, filmmaking, animation, graphic design, and creative project development.

Worship Arts – Use your musical gifts and talents to develop and execute top-notch worship experiences.

Student Ministry – Use your leadership skills, passion, and creativity to invest in students (middle- and high-school age) who live in a broken world but are trying to find Jesus in the midst of it.

Kids Ministry – Use your passion for leadership and the next generation in Mosaic Kids, ensuring that every child knows and experiences God's love for them.

Guest Experience & Assimilation – Use your people skills and passion for the unchurched to serve guests, assimilate volunteers, and create a guest experience that is unforgettable.

Small Groups & Campus Ministry – Help lead and support group leaders in addition to other weekend-specific ministry opportunities and assignments.
